At street level, a landscaped podium and defined lobby entrance along 7th Street welcomes residents and vistors, with parking discreetly accessed from the alley. The tower contrasts aluminum and glass fluted vertical panels at the base with expansive glazed window walls above, balancing structural clarity through the intentional use of varied materials and articulated levels.
