The Founder

Raised in Northern California, Jesse Ottinger arrived in LA to attend the Master’s program at USC and quickly become enamored with the change and growth that LA was experiencing. He decided to dedicate his career to what the city needed most: mixed-use projects that bring a more sustainable and unified approach to the urban development of the city.

As a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience, Jesse has spent much of his career specializing in both mixed-use and affordable housing projects throughout Southern California. His work has contributed to an enhanced housing landscape among varying communities throughout the region. Most notably Jesse was the lead architect on the LA LGBT Center which is a multi-generational project encompassing both services and housing for LGBT seniors and youth, a youth homeless shelter and the new executive offices for the LA LGBT Center.

Jesse holds a BA in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley graduating with honors, as well as a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Southern California. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects.
