Raised in Northern California, Jesse Ottinger arrived in LA to attend the Master’s program at USC and quickly become enamored with the change and growth that LA was experiencing. He decided to dedicate his career to what the city needed most: mixed-use projects that bring a more sustainable and unified approach to the urban development of the city. As a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience, Jesse has spent much of his career specializing in both mixed-use and affordable housing projects throughout Southern California. His work has contributed to an enhanced housing landscape among varying communities throughout the region. Most notably Jesse was the lead architect on the LA LGBT Center which is a multi-generational project encompassing both services and housing for LGBT seniors and youth, a youth homeless shelter and the new executive offices for the LA LGBT Center. Jesse holds a BA in architecture from the University of California, Berkeley graduating with honors, as well as a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Southern California. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects.
With over 30 years of experience, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to the large mixed-use projects he designs and manages. He achieves an integrated outcome through his deep understanding of materials, building systems, and interior design, all of which are essential for a successful project. His background in fine arts adds another dimension to his design sensibility and enhances the “fine grain” in his work.
Alex brings an impressive background, holding a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University and a Master of Architecture from USC. With over 18 years of experience, he has led the design of large-scale projects across a wide spectrum of building types, including multifamily and high-rise residential, commercial, educational, liturgical, cultural, and mixed-use developments.
With nearly two decades of experience, Ben brings in-depth knowledge across multiple project types and phases. His experience includes leading projects in healthcare, academia, workplace, multifamily and high-rise residential. From concept to construction, his work aims to maintain design excellence while directly engaging with the constraints of program, site, construction and financing. He holds a B.A. from San Francisco State University and M. Arch from Columbia University.
Dulce is an architect with over 12 years of professional experience specializing in mixed-use and multifamily housing projects, ranging from affordable to market-rate developments. She holds a B.S. from UNLV and an M.Arch from USC where her interest for lighting design and sustainability first took place, principles that continue to shape her design philosophy today. As a team leader, her hands-on approach and collaborative mindset foster a culture of design excellence.
