This project was conceived as a way to relate to both the city along Wilshire and to the neighborhood to the north. This mixed-use development features multi-family living along with ground-floor market spaces, fostering a lively hub for the Mid-City community.

Drawing inspiration from the area's Spanish bungalows, the project features white stucco facades accented with terracotta, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that integrates naturally within its surroundings. Spanning 30,800 square feet, the development includes 7,100 square feet of prime retail space and 170 modern residential units within an eight-story structure.

Thoughtfully planned interior circulation spaces enhance connectivity, while corner dining areas open up to the historic Douglass Park, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and visitors. By prioritizing quality living and community engagement, 2501 Wilshire exemplifies how design can enrich urban diversity and neighborhood character.
