This project is a multi-generational facility that unifies many of the LA LGBT Center’s programs which were once housed throughout the city into a larger campus at a single location. The mixed-use program includes 70 transitional housing beds in private rooms and suites as well as 30 homeless beds. In addition, the campus provides over 35,000 SF of office space and community gathering spaces.
