Located at 601 Wilshire Boulevard, Willow Santa Monica stands as a four-story mixed-use building. Its presence complements the active intersection through horizontal planes that extend outward to form residential balconies, reinforcing the building’s linear expression and providing a sense of direction along Wilshire.

Vertical copper panels articulate the façades of the two primary masses, introducing visual texture as well as privacy for residents. Above the ground-floor retail and amenity spaces, a central courtyard is carved between the two volumes bringing in circulation to the core of the community. The roof deck offers unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and the broader Santa Monica skyline, extending the living experience beyond the residential units.
