This mixed-use project provides 68 units of affordable senior housing. Helping to meet the much needed demand for affordable housing in Santa Monica, the project includes a combination of studios, one and two bedroom units. The amenities include a community room, courtyard and a roof deck with an edible garden and senior-specific activities. This project is also located next to the Expo Line within a short walk to the station.
