Located at the former site of the Denny’s in Santa Monica, this mixed-use project provides 100 units of housing and over 13,000 SF of retail to the edge of downtown. With an expansive roof deck providing views to the ocean and a large paseo passing through the site, this project embraces the Santa Monica lifestyle. Construction is due to be completed in the summer of 2020.
