The gateway into Santa Monica from Lincoln Blvd is undergoing a major transformation. This project is one of serval that are revitalizing the area by bringing 98 units of housing and over 6,000 SF of retail to this ever-changing stretch of Lincoln. The wide sidewalks and ground floor retail will expand the pedestrian friendly nature of Santa Monica’s Downtown.
